When you place an order: first name, surname, telephone number, delivery address, city, the items ordered, and any note you add. An email address if you choose to give one — it is optional.

When you agree to be contacted about your order: the fact that you ticked the box, the exact wording you were shown, the date and time, the language, and a shortened form of your IP address that identifies the network but not the device.

When you browse: your bag and wishlist are kept in your own browser. Basic technical and usage information may be processed to keep the site working and to understand which pages are used.

We do not collect card or bank details anywhere on this site. Orders are paid cash on delivery.

To confirm, prepare, and deliver your order, and to handle returns and after-sales questions. This is necessary to perform the contract you entered into.

Order and invoicing records are kept for the period Moroccan commercial and tax law requires for accounting documents.

The record of your messaging consent is kept for as long as we may contact you about the order, and afterwards only for as long as needed to evidence that the consent existed.

Restock-alert requests are deleted once the alert has been sent or the request is withdrawn.

Law 09-08 gives you the right to access the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, and to object to its processing on legitimate grounds.

You may withdraw your consent to WhatsApp messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message or by writing to us. Withdrawing it does not affect your order — we will call you instead.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may complain to the CNDP.
