Terms of Sale

REVA is in its launch phase. Pieces are produced in small batches, stock counts are low, and a size or colour can sell out between the moment you submit an order and the moment we confirm it.

Because of that, submitting the order form is a purchase request rather than an instantly binding sale. The sale is concluded when we confirm availability with you by WhatsApp or telephone. If we cannot fulfil the order, nothing is charged — no payment is taken online at any point.

Delivery timings given on the site are estimates for this phase, not guaranteed dates.

This launch-phase framing describes how the service currently operates. It does not reduce your rights as a consumer. The withdrawal right, the refund deadline and the guarantee against defects set out below apply in full, and under Moroccan law any clause purporting to waive them is void.

We sell ready-to-wear women's clothing. Product images aim to represent colour and cut faithfully; slight variation between screens and fabric is normal and is not a defect.

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams and include all taxes. The delivery fee is shown separately before you confirm, and the total you confirm on the review step is the amount the courier collects.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you submitted it.

The order form asks for your phone number, name, city and delivery address, and optionally your email. You review a summary of items, delivery fee and total before confirming — this is the point at which you can correct any detail or cancel.

We confirm every order by WhatsApp or telephone before dispatch. Keep the number you entered reachable.

We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, the contact details cannot be verified, or previous orders from the same contact were refused at the door.

Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel is handed to you. No card or bank details are collected on this website.

No deposit or advance transfer is ever required. If anyone asks you to transfer money before delivery, it is not us — contact us at the address on the legal notice page.

We deliver within Morocco only. Delivery fees are shown at checkout and depend on whether the address is in Casablanca or elsewhere in the country.

Delivery is made to the address you provided. If the courier cannot reach you, we attempt contact on the number on the order. Orders that cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts are returned to us and cancelled.

Under article 36 of law 31-08 on consumer protection, you have 7 clear days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase. You do not have to give a reason and you pay no penalty.

To exercise it, contact us at nood.academy@gmail.com or on the WhatsApp number shown on the site, quoting your order number, within that period.

Where you have already paid, we refund the full amount paid within 15 days of the date you exercised the right. After that deadline the sum due carries interest at the legal rate.

Any clause by which a consumer gives up the right of withdrawal is null and void.

Goods must match their description and be fit for their ordinary purpose. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us with photographs and we will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Your remedies for hidden defects under the Dahir forming the Code of Obligations and Contracts are unaffected by these terms.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.

Nothing here limits a consumer's right to bring proceedings before the court with jurisdiction at their place of residence.
